Hemavanti Yeswantlal is a passionate and accomplished educator with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. She is the founder of Fly High Kids Activities Centre (2011) and Fly High Kids Nursery (2015), both of which reflect her commitment to nurturing children’s skills through innovative, high-quality educational programs. She is also a partner and co-owner of several prominent nurseries in Dubai, including Gingle Kids Early Childhood Centre, Gingle Kids, Creative Play Zone, and Dazzle Kids Nursery.

In her consultancy role, Hemavanti supports Delma Nursery and Magic Kids Nursery in Sharjah, as well as Magic Castle Nursery in Ajman, offering expert guidance in curriculum planning, operational management, and strategic development. Her work consistently promotes safe, secure, happy, and stimulating learning environments that empower children to realize their full potential.

Beyond her educational leadership, Hemavanti brings extensive experience in business administration. Her expertise spans marketing, finance, UAE labor law, policies and procedures, admissions, recruitment, inventory management, and liaising with government bodies and legal entities. She is now seeking to further contribute her insights and leadership to a wider educational organization.

Engy Kamal serves as the Nursery Manager at Gingle Kids Nursery in Dubai, bringing with her over 11 years of experience in managing and operating early childhood centers. Her exceptional leadership in the sector led to her recognition as one of the most respected nursery managers in Sharjah, where she was appointed as a member of Sharjah’s Private Nurseries’ Principals Council.

Throughout her career, Ms. Engy has successfully overseen the early education of more than 800 children, preparing them not only for their foundational school years but also equipping them with essential life skills. She is deeply committed to providing well-structured, meaningful learning opportunities that allow each child to reach their full potential in a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment.

Her vision is to be a leading figure in nursery education, delivering high-quality international early years provision grounded in best practices. She strives to maintain the highest standards of care and education, fostering a culture of excellence within the nursery community.

With a strong background in establishing and leading start-up nurseries, Ms. Engy is passionate about working collaboratively with staff, families, and the wider community to ensure every child’s success. Her unwavering dedication to improving educational experiences continues to shape positive outcomes for both children and educators alike.
